Default Second Photographer

If I have a 100 guest wedding in a medium size church with a standard size reception, is a second photographer needed? I don't mind spending the money if needed but would obviously like to save where I can. Thanks.

I generally suggest hiring a second photographer to cover things that will be missed if there is only one person covering the event. How many hours of coverage are you looking for? That makes a difference as well.

Photographers wish they could be everyone but a lot of times that is not the case. It's really hard to go get the guys getting ready when the bride is about to put on her dress or capturing the ****tail hour while trying to do formals. Having 2 photographers is great because 1 can photograph the bride and bridesmaids getting ready and the other can focus on the groom and groomsment. Same goes with the ****tail hour. 1 photographer can take pictures of your guest enjoying the ****tail hour while the other takes the formal pictures.

I really would suggest 2 photographers to ensure your wedding day is fully covered, photographically speaking.
